In una città divisa, un bambino e una bambina di gruppi rivali si incontrano al Cinema Rex. Lui parla solo ebraico, lei parla solo arabo; eppure in quel cinema, trasportati dalla magia delle storie che vedono sullo schermo, riescono a superare le differenze e a trovare un linguaggio comune, costruendo un’amicizia che supera la discordia degli adulti.
In a divided city, a boy and a girl from opposite groups meet at Cinema Rex. He only speaks Hebrew, she only speaks Arabic. Yet, in that cinema, carried away by the magic of the stories they see on the screen, they manage to overcome their differences and find a common language, building a friendship that rises above adult discord.
